This policy explains how VaultFX ("we", "us") processes personal data when you visit vaultfx.ch or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, account passwords, trading account numbers or identity documents.
3. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the website against automated attacks.
4. Service providers
We use the following providers, which process data on our behalf. Some are located outside Switzerland, including in the United States; where required, transfers are based on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, content delivery, security and cookieless statistics.
- Web3Forms: transmission of contact-form messages to our mailbox.
- Our email provider: storage of emails we receive and send.
5. Third-party websites
Our website links to third-party services such as Vantage, Myfxbook and Instagram. When you follow these links, the respective provider's privacy policy applies. If you open a broker account, the broker processes your data as an independent controller.
6. Retention
We keep enquiries as long as needed to answer them and for any related follow-up, and then delete them, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request information about your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive your data in a common format. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, with your local supervisory authority.
