General
What is VaultFX?
VaultFX develops systematic, rules-based trading strategies for the Forex market. The live VaultFX strategy can be followed through copy trading on Vantage. Expert Advisors for MetaTrader are in development, and the VaultFX Academy provides free trading education.
Is VaultFX regulated?
No. VaultFX is not a bank, broker, asset manager or investment adviser, and it is not authorised or supervised by FINMA or any other financial regulator. Trading accounts are opened with, and held by, a third-party broker that has its own regulatory status, which you should check before opening an account.
Do you give investment advice?
No. Nothing on this website is a personal recommendation. If you are unsure whether trading is suitable for you, consult an independent, qualified financial adviser.
Where is VaultFX based?
VaultFX is based in Switzerland and serves an international, English-speaking audience.
Copy trading
How does copy trading with VaultFX work?
You open an account with Vantage, select the VaultFX strategy (ID 1483667) in the Vantage copy-trading area and choose how much to allocate. Vantage then replicates the strategy's trades in your account, proportionally. See the copy trading guide.
Is my money safe?
Your funds are held by the broker in your own account, and VaultFX has no access to deposit or withdraw them. That does not make your capital safe from trading losses: the value of your account can fall substantially, and you can lose the money you allocate.
How much should I start with?
Vantage sets the minimum amount. Beyond that, only allocate money you could lose entirely without it affecting your living costs, obligations or plans.
What returns can I expect?
We do not provide return expectations or targets. Results vary and losses are possible. You can review the strategy's actual history on Vantage and Myfxbook, but past results do not predict future ones.
Why are my results different from the strategy account?
Copying is never exact. Your allocation, minimum lot sizes, the date you started, execution delays, spreads, swaps and fees all lead to differences.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. You can stop copying or change your settings through the Vantage platform at any time.
What does it cost?
Vantage charges its usual trading costs (spreads, commissions, swaps). Strategy-related fees, if any, are displayed on the Vantage strategy page before you start copying. VaultFX may receive compensation from Vantage, including referral compensation if you open an account through our link.
Expert Advisors
Can I buy a VaultFX Expert Advisor?
Not yet. Our Expert Advisors are in development and testing. No products, subscriptions or pre-orders are available, and prices have not been set.
Which platforms will be supported?
We are developing for MetaTrader. Final platform support will be confirmed at release.
How will I know when they are available?
You can register your interest. We will only contact you about the Expert Advisors, and registering creates no obligation.
Academy & support
Is the Academy free?
Yes. Lessons are published on Instagram at @vaultfx_wealth and can be followed without an account with VaultFX.
Do I need trading experience?
You do not need to be an experienced trader, but you should understand the basics of leverage, margin, drawdown and stop-losses before risking money. The Academy covers these topics.
How can I contact you?
Use the contact form or email info@vaultfx.ch. We usually reply within two business days.
